Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom hats?

Accepted Answer

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style and colourway for embroidered baseball caps, snapbacks and bucket hats. For knitted beanies with custom woven labels the MOQ is 200 pieces. Start-up brands testing a first collection can combine 2–3 colours within one style to reach the minimum.

Question 2

How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Accepted Answer

Digital artwork and embroidery tape proofs are returned in 24–48 hours. A physical pre-production sample ships within 5–7 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production for 1,000–5,000 pieces normally takes 20–25 days across our five sewing lines, plus sea or air freight.

Question 3

Which decoration techniques can you apply to a custom cap?

Accepted Answer

We run 3D puff embroidery, flat embroidery, appliqué, chain stitch, woven and leather patches, rubber/silicone patches, screen and sublimation printing, laser perforation and custom metal eyelets, buckles and snap closures.

Question 4

Do you support private-label packaging and drop shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We produce custom hang tags, size stickers, inner woven labels, printed polybags and branded cartons. Orders can be shipped FOB Qingdao, CIF to your port, or delivered directly to Amazon FBA and 3PL warehouses in the US, EU, UK and Japan.

Question 5

How is quality controlled before shipment?

Accepted Answer

Every order passes in-line inspection at cutting, embroidery and sewing stages plus a final AQL 2.5 random inspection covering stitch density, colour fastness, brim shape, size tolerance (±0.5 cm) and needle detection. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV or your own QC team are welcome.
